The primary purpose of collecting personal information is to provide you with an efficient and effective online ordering experience from GSS. Your information is used to verify your name, address and other information through our gateway processing center to bill you for the items you order from the GSS. The information we collect and store is used to help troubleshoot order problems and settle any disputes that may arise from your use of our online ordering system. Your personal information is never sold, leased, rented, or in any way given to a third party.
ONLINE ORDERS
MERCHANDISE RETURN POLICIES
GSS is dedicated to shipping your order quickly and accurately and has subsequently adopted a “Triple Check” shipping system. This system ensures that all orders are correct and independently verified three times before shipment is made. We do this because we care about GSS customers and we want to ensure that all orders are as accurate as possible.
100% accuracy is our goal!
As a part of our reasonable terms and conditions of doing business together, GSS online customers agree to notify GSS in writing via email (crazydiamond23@cox.net) of any shipment shortages or invoice errors that you wish to dispute within 10 business days of receipt of your merchandise. After this verification period has passed, any notice of shortage or invoice disputes will be approved at the discretion of GSS.
SECURITY
We use Authorize.net as our payment gateway. Authorize.net is recognized as a world leader in credit card processing so you can rest assured that your credit card information is being handled by a recognized leader in the industry. Processing is done directly through Authorize.net so a separate security certificate display/logo is not necessary.
BILLING
When making purchases at GSS your credit card statement will reflect charges from Baselines Racquet Sports LLC, the parent company of GSS
