Symposium
ATTENTION PTR MEMBERS--recieve a symposium discount PLUS 5 MAP points. Receive an additional 5 MAP points if you attend the Orlando PDW October 7th - 10th
The GSS symposium got it’s start in 2006 when GSS owner and founder Tim Strawn contacted several professional racquet technicians and industry insiders. The idea he proposed to them was one of an annual symposium, a training platform specifically for racquet technicians from around the world. GSS has a goal of raising awareness to one of the most important but often overlooked crafts within the racquet sports industry–racquet service. If the awareness is to be heightened those who choose this craft within the industry are charged with the responsibility to deliver the highest possible standard of racquet service. With that in mind the GSS symposium came to life in 2007 in New Braunfels, Texas. The feedback and response was overwhelmingly positive and from a modest beginning in Texas the symposium has grown to what it is today. Interest has grown each year and the symposium is expected to be even larger in the years to come. For more information please fill out our contact form below and GSS will be glad to answer any questions or address comments you might have about upcoming symposiums.
